Colonial Behavioral Health is Hiring an Information Systems Analyst Near Williamsburg, VA
- Analyze and route issues into the proper ticketing systems and update and close tickets in a timely manner.
- Establish and terminate users, manage access levels and reset passwords.
- Identifies, develops, implements, tests, and maintains operational documentation for the agency related to software systems and business processes.
- Devise or modify procedures to solve problems considering software systems abilities and limitations.
- Verifies, analyzes, validates, and performs data cleanup for all software systems through various methods.
- Actively participates with user groups and user forums.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Proven organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong ability to understand and document complex system processes and relate them to end users in non-technical terms.
- Must be able to manage day-to-day duties while participating actively in new implementations.
- Proven ability to project manage and team collaboration.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- High level skill with MS Office products, including Word, Excel, Access, Visio, PowerPoint and Project.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Heath Information, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field,or progressive experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. preferred
